A quick history lesson for you!
In 1996, the britpop band Lightning Seeds teamed up with comedians Baddiel and Skinner released the track “Three Lions”. The track was released in honor of England’s national football (soccer) team and features the chant “it’s coming home”. The “it’s coming home” is a refrence to the fact that football (soccer) was first played in England.
Due to the success of England’s National Team in this year’s World Cup, “It’s coming home” has taken over the world. Memes, videos, posters, graffiti, and more are going viral, as England continues to succeed in Russia.
Mixmag is reporting that “Three Lions” has overtaken Drake on the Spotify charts and has over 1 million streams in one day. At this rate, if England wins the World Cup, we might see some new streaming records.

Groove Cruise Miami was an unforgettable experience for those lucky enough to be on board the Royal Caribbean: Enchantment, and apparently for those not on board as well. The party on the ocean being headlined by some huge names like Cosmic Gate, Dada Life, Markus Schulz and more. However, Facebook user Jackie Moore had a not so pleasant memory of the world’s largest floating dance party and managed to record a short clip of the commotion happening right outside her neighboring ship; the Disney Magic.
In the midst of the excitement of Groove Cruisers boarding the Enchantment, one poor cruiser happened to fall between the ship and the dock, leaving Moore downright aghast at the situation. The horrified spectator had a lot to say about the people she witnessed and her reactions during the one minute video is honestly hilarious. Offended much? Check out this short clip of Groove Cruise Miami from Jackie Moore’s point of view, below.

After its announcement, the event sold out immediately.
Bassnectar just announced a benefit concert for his recently-founded non-profit organization Be Interactive. Held at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium on the 13th of July, the fundraiser will include performances by Bassnectar (real name Lorin Ashton), TRUTH, Mr. Carmack, LSDREAM and Rhaksha.
In addition to vibing to bass music, fans will be able to take part in onsite activations with non-government organizations and stand for Be Interactive, as proceeds will aid the non-profit in supporting volunteering, activism, and empowerment in the bass music community by working with other organizations. Tickets for the event went on sale on May 1st, and as Ashton recently announced with gratitude on social media, they sold out within less than 48 hours.
Since its founding in the fall of 2018, Ashton’s Be Interactive has organized and been part of numerous projects, including collecting meals and winter clothing for those in need during his NYE360 event in Greensboro, North Carolina, cleaning a World Heritage Site from trash, collecting school supplies for students in need, raising money for music education and much more. Among others, they have partnered with HeadCount, To Write Love On Her Arms, Conscious Alliance, Students for Sensible Drug Policy, and are looking at a busy summer with many more events and actions.

New Xuitcasecity single for all the lovers out there.
Xuitcasecity is back on our radar with their latest single, “Waiting For.” This feelgood anthem is a catchy melodic blend of hip-hop and future bass vibes. The vocals contributed by Cam Young and Mike Gomes mesh so well together. They’ve really nailed this crossover sound.
On the topic of “Waiting For,” Xuitcasecity said:
The concept of “Waiting a For” is simple. Take a leap of faith. We’re trying to spread a message about having confidence and taking risks. If you want something go out and get it whether it comes to a job, a man or woman, success…everyone is so scared of denial or failure that they tend to miss their opportunity. Shoot your shot because there’s a huge chance that you’ll succeed and if you fail, so what? Get back up and try again. One thing Xuitcasecity has learned is that once a moment has passed, it’s gone forever. Don’t miss your moment living in fear.
This track is following the release of their Codeko collaboration, “Woke Up.“ Clearly, these guys are on the up and up so make sure you keep your ears peeled for Xuitcasecity.
