Kygo & Imagine Dragons touch our hearts with this awesome new song.
Kygo is back everyone! Last night, Kygo released the long-awaited track “Born To Be Yours” featuring Imagine Dragons. Kygo hinted at this collaboration months ago, hyping up his fans for something special. The track begins with a smooth guitar melody accompanied by Imagine Dragons soul clenching lyrics we all know and love. Add Kygo’s classic sound with some violins to the equation, and this song will pull at your heartstrings.
This is not the first time we’ve heard EDM collaborate with alternative. In 2017, The Chainsmokers created “Something Just Like This” with the legends Coldplay, melting genres and making us dance.

New, unearthly sounds from Rezz are inbound.
For the fifth year in a row, we will be hearing a longform project from Rezz. The Canadian producer took to Twitter today to announce her 2019 EP is finished, and awaiting final assets. The news indicates a rollout of new music lies in the near future.
Rezz initially announced the, as of now untitled, EP at the beginning of February. Less than a month following the initial announcement, she was teasing new music. At her recent appearance in Milwaukee at the Eagles Ballroom, she played out her forthcoming collaboration with Sayer.
Rezz has always been particularly communicative with fans, especially on Twitter. Though the “Mixed Signals” producer has been touring heavily, it’s been some months since we’ve heard music from her. Hopefully this news marks a return to form for Rezz in the not so distant future.
Rezz will resume her tour with a performance at Insomniac‘s Beyond Wonderland on April 22nd.

First released on the Playstation 2 in 2002, the original Kingdom Hearts was an immediate hit. The action-roleplaying video game series united two seemingly disparate worlds: Disney and Final Fantasy. Over the past 16 years, Kingdom Hearts has spanned 12 original titles released on almost every major video game platform. The latest installment, which is only the 3rd numbered entry, is set to drop on January 29, 2019. While anticipation for the game has reached peak levels, dance music fans have one more reason to get excited: Skrillex is lending a hand with Kingdom Hearts 3’s opening theme song.
Per ASCAP, the game’s opening theme song will be written by Utada Hikaru, Skrillex, and Poo Bear. This is especially noteworthy as the series’ music has always been a highpoint for fans. Utada Hikaru performed “Simple & Clean,” for the original game and that track is beloved by video gamers and even had some mainstream appeal. Titled “Face My Fears,” Kingdom Hearts 3’s opening theme song has just ensured anticipation for this Xbox One and PS4 title will reach a fever pitch. Also, in a bit of foreshadowing, Skrillex posted a photo from the series to Instagram in 2016 indicating he was a fan of the games.
